How To Know Sperma Has Entered The Rahim? This Is The Explanation
JAKARTA - For couples who are trying to get pregnant, it is natural to want to know whether sperm is still in the vagina after having sex. During ejaculation, it can be felt that there is a fluid of manifold that enters the vagina.
But actually there is no definite way to know if sperm cells have actually reached the tuba filopi channel, where conception occurs. This was revealed by dr. Soma Mandal, MD, an expert in women's reproductive health.
"Even though the water of the manifold has entered the vagina, some of it can still come out again, and that does not necessarily mean that the chances of pregnancy are zero," he said, quoted from the Verywell Health page.
The average healthy man produces about 1.5 to 5 milliliters of manifold water every time he ejaculates. In each milliliter of manifold there are about 20 to 150 million sperm cells.
Although only one sperm cell is needed to fertilize the egg, most sperm will die on the way to the uterus and tuba philosophy. Of the approximately 300 million sperm, only about 200 sperm cells actually reach the fertilization site.
If some of the manifold water comes out after intercourse, the chances of getting pregnant will certainly decrease, especially if the relationship time does not coincide with the ovulation period (the release of eggs).
The manifold consists of a combination of liquids produced by testes, seminalis vesikula, and prostate glands. When removed, this liquid is yellowish white with a texture similar to raw egg white.
About 15'20 minutes after ejaculation, the fluid of manifold will begin to melt and become more dilute. By now, most sperm cells have started moving towards the cervix (cervices).

Although it can feel manifold water when it is issued, women cannot really know how much enters or whether sperm has reached the uterus. This is because the interior of the uterus does not have many flavoring nerves.
Some fertility experts suggest that women lie still for 10'15 minutes after intercourse to help sperm stay in the vagina longer.
Some positions that can help include:
- Tinggikan hip
Lay down with a pillow under your hips to make gravity help sperm towards the uterus.
- Raise your legs
Rest with your feet lifted or leaned onto the wall for a few minutes.
After ejaculation, the manifold water melts quickly. Therefore, the release of dilute fluid from the vagina moments after intercourse is normal. Most of this fluid is not absorbed by the vaginal tissue and can come out up to 12'14 hours later.
However, if a yellowish white liquid appears like a gel within 10'15 minutes after intercourse, it is most likely manifold water (can also contain sperm) that comes out again.
However, the fluid that comes out does not necessarily mean that sperm fails to reach the uterus. There are also other causes of fluid that appear after intercourse, such as:
- Lubricants used during intercourse.
- Ejakulasi wanita atau female sqirting, yaitu keluarkan caidir dari nomor skewe saat eksor.
- vaginal infections such as bacterial vaginosis, fungal infections, or sexually transmitted diseases (PMS).
The only definite way to know if conception occurs is by means of a pregnancy test. However, some early signs could be an early clue that sperm manages to fertilize egg cells.
Some of the initial symptoms of pregnancy include:
- Cervical mucus changes. After fertilization, mucus usually becomes thicker and more elastic like egg whites.
- Light spots can occur 5'14 days after conception when embryos stick to the uterine wall.
- Breast changes. Breasts hurt, sensitive, or grew. Areola can also get darker.
- Nausea and vomiting generally start to be felt in the 4th to 6th weeks of pregnancy.
- Kram and bloating due to hormonal changes that slow down digestion.
- Often urinating due to an increase in blood volume during pregnancy.
- Mood swings due to the increase in the hormone estrogen and progesteron can cause mood swing.
- Restoring or sensitive to certain odors.
However, these symptoms cannot be used as definite evidence. New pregnancy tests at home can detect pregnancy a few weeks after conception. For more accurate results, blood or urine tests at health facilities can be carried out.
