The Fate Of The Revitalization Of The Puring Park Market Is Not Clear, Pramono Calls There Are Internal Problems Of Traders
JAKARTA - DKI Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung revealed the reason for the revitalization of Taman Puring Market, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, which has not yet started after the fire that hit last July. Pramono admitted that the DKI Provincial Government has not been able to revitalize it.
"So I have received the Taman Puring traders twice. When the fire broke out, I was done, I wanted to make repairs immediately," said Pramono at DKI Jakarta City Hall, Friday, October 17.
However, this intention was hampered by the rejection of some traders who had spread widely on social media. Pramono said there were internal problems among traders that made the repair process delayed.
"At that time, there were trade associations who then refused to make repairs openly and viral," he said.
Pramono said his party asked traders to first resolve the differences between them before the government intervened to revitalize them.
"So that's because of that, I convey to the traders who met me yesterday, especially since these traders are mostly from East Java. Sorry, the majority of Madurese and I are quite close to it. I said please make sure first, finish it internally," said Pramono.

He emphasized that the DKI Provincial Government does not want to impose improvements in the midst of misunderstanding between traders. "Not later when the Jakarta government will make improvements, they still refuse as at a time when I really want to make improvements," he continued.
Pasar Taman Puring dibangun di atas lahan milik Pemprov DKI. Namun, pengelolaannya tidak berada di bawah arahan Pemprov DKI maupun BUMD Perumda Pasar Jaya.
The traders, called Pramono, wanted to rebuild the Taman Puring Market with funds collected independently. So, currently Pramono has no intention of improving the market until there is a clear agreement with traders.
