Ferry Salim Officially Appointed As An Advocate, Ready To Take An Oath In High Court

JAKARTA - Senior actor Ferry Salim has made another proud achievement outside the entertainment world. Through an upload on his personal Instagram account, @ferrysal1m, he announced that he had officially undergone the process of being appointed as an advocate by the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).

In the upload, Ferry looks dashing wearing an advocate's toga complete with a white tie, holding an official document folder from PERADI. He also expressed his gratitude for his new achievements in his career journey.

"I officially accepted the opportunity to be appointed as an advocate by PERADI," Ferry wrote as quoted by VOI, Thursday, October 15.

Even though it has been appointed, Ferry explained that there is still one important step that must be taken before being able to carry out full litigation practices, namely taking oaths in the High Court.

"One more step I will soon have immunity given to advocates and meet the requirements for litigation practices. Waiting for the schedule of the High Court to be sworn in as advocates," he explained.

Closing his upload, Brandon Salim's father expressed his gratitude to all parties who have supported his academic and professional journey in the field of law.

"Thanks to God, his family, faculty, and friends for their support, which has brought me to this point," concluded Ferry Salim.
