JAKARTA - The Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs (Kemkomdigi) has ensured that the implementation of the international MotoGP Mandalika 2025 at the Pertamina Mandalika International Circuit, Lombok on October 3-5, 2025 runs smoothly without interference with the communication network.
Director General of Digital Infrastructure of the Ministry of Communication and Digi Wayan Toni Supriyanto explained, the Radio Frequency Control Team (PFR) from the Directorate General of Digital Infrastructure of the Ministry of Communication and Industry works behind the scenes to ensure the stability of the operator network and order to use radio frequency spectrum during the event.
"Like the previous MotoGP event, we ensure that every use of frequency is on the right track and does not interfere with each other. Stability of telecommunication networks is an important factor in the success of organizing world-class events such as MotoGP," Wayan said in a statement in Jakarta, Tuesday, quoted by Antara.
Wayan said this step is part of the Ministry of Communication and Digitology's commitment to ensure that people can enjoy communication services smoothly and free from interference, especially at international events such as MotoGP.
The PFR team led by the Director of Digital Infrastructure Control Ervan Fathurohman consists of elements from the Directorate of Digital Infrastructure Control, Mataram Class II Radio Frequency Spectrum Monitoring Center (SFR), and Jakarta Class I SFR Monitoring Center.

During the event, the PFR Team monitored the frequency spectrum belonging to the organizers and ensured that the operator's service quality remained optimal.
According to Wayan, the success of organizing the 2025 Mandalika MotoGP without interference from the communication network is the result of the hard work of all officers in the field who have worked professionally.
Thanks to the work of the PFR Team, he said, all participants and the 2025 Mandalika MotoGP committee were able to communicate smoothly and the audience could enjoy the international racing event while sharing photos and videos without a hitch.
