No Need For Sleep Drugs, Follow The Sleep Trend Quickly Decelerated In 2 Minutes
JAKARTA - Do you often lie in bed for a long time, but your eyes don't fall off? You're not alone. Many people have trouble sleeping until research estimates that nearly one in five people in the UK are short of sleep.
In fact, adequate sleep is very important for the health of the body and mind. Interestingly, a sleeping expert named Adeel ul-Haq admitted that he had a special trick that helped him fall asleep in just two minutes.
Adeel admitted that he could enjoy a deep sleep for up to 10 hours without waking up. Here's the secret to sleep in two minutes, as reported by the Mirror.co.uk page.
1. Exercise & Eating Pattern
According to Adeel, exercise is the key so that the body is ready to rest.
"I try to do one hour of exercise every day. I can walk or to the gym. The important thing is to move," he explained.
However, he reminded not to exercise heavily after 6 p.m. because it could interfere with sleep.
In addition, eating patterns also have a big effect. Avoid spicy food before bed because it can cause internal heat or digestive disorders. It is better to consume sleeping-supporting foods such as almonds, turkeys, kiwis, salmon, makarel, or white rice.
2. Consistent Night Routines
Adeel believes the body needs to be trained with a regular routine. He even sets two alarms every day: one to wake up early, and another as a sign of starting a sleep routine.
About two hours before bed, he took a warm bath to help the body relax. When the body starts cooling down after taking a shower, the brain will pick up a signal that it's time to rest.
3. Supporting Room Environment
The bedroom is no less important. Adeel forbade all gadgets in his room.
"Blue light from the screen can interfere with the melatonin hormone," he said.
He also keeps the room dark at a temperature of around 16'18$C. A slightly cold temperature is believed to make the body fall asleep faster.
4. Military Sleep Technique: Sleep In 2 Minutes
The most interesting thing is the military sleep method, aka military sleep techniques. Simple ways that can be applied include:
- Stay on your back comfortably.
- EyeLASS, take a slow and deep breath.
- Focus on relaxing the body from head to toe.
- Imagine the body sinking into the bed while breathing slowly.
Adeel emphasized, don't panic if it doesn't work.
