JAKARTA - The National Police's Code of Ethics Appeal Commission rejected an appeal against the dishonorable dismissal (PTDH) decision filed by Semarang Police Member Aipda Robig Zaenudin, a convicted shooting case that killed a student at SMKN 4 Semarang.
Head of Public Relations of the Central Java Police, Kombes Pol. Artanto in Semarang, Thursday, said the decision was the result of the appeal commission hearing which was held today.
According to him, the trial decision will be forwarded to the HR Bureau for a draft decision to be signed by the Central Java Police Chief.
He said the considerations for rejecting the appeal included the court's decision which found Aipda Robig guilty.
"The actions concerned have damaged the image of the Police," he said.
