Pertamina Corruption Case, AGO Examines Former President Director Nicke Widyawati
JAKARTA - The Attorney General's Office (AGO) examined the former President Director of PT. Pertamina, Nicke Widyawati, as a witness. The examination relates to the alleged corruption case of crude oil governance and refinery products at PT Pertamina Subholding and Contractor Cooperation Contractor (KKKS) for the 2018 2023 period.
"Yes, the person concerned has been present since 09.00 WIB," said Head of the AGO, Harli Siregar when confirmed, Tuesday, May 6.
However, it was not clearly conveyed about the examination material or what investigators studied from Nicke Widyawati.
So far, it is only known that investigators continue to develop the corruption case. A number of witnesses continue to be examined one by one.
In handling this alleged corruption case, the AGO has named nine suspects. They are, I Riva Siahaan (RS) as President Director of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga; Sani Dinar Saifuddin (SDS) as Director of Feedstock and Product Optimization of PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional; and Yoki Firnandi (YF) who is the President Director of PT Pertamina International Shipping.
Then, Agus Purwono (AP) as VP of Feedstock Management of PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional; Maya Kusmaya (MK) who is the Director of Central and Niaga Marketing of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga; Edward Corne (EC) as VP Trading Operations of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga; and Muhammad Kerry Andrianto Riza (MKAR) as Beneficial Owner of PT Navigator Equatorial.
