Bank DKI Invites The Public To Wait For The Digital Forensic Results Of Bareskrim Regarding The Development Of System Recovery

JAKARTA - Bank DKI invites the public to jointly respect the legal process and wait for the ongoing digital forensic examination at Bareskrim Polri regarding the restoration of the system. This was conveyed in an official statement from Bank DKI in response to reports circulating in a number of mass media.

"Bank DKI respects the ongoing legal process and invites the public to jointly wait for the results of digital forensics from the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police Headquarters," wrote Bank DKI management in its official statement, quoted Monday, April 21.

"The digital forensic process is still being carried out by law enforcement officials (APH) to identify the root causes and impacts caused," continued Bank DKI management in a statement.

Bank DKI management reiterated that all customer funds remain safe and do not experience any reduction. During the period of disruption, transactions between Bank DKI accounts through the JakOne Mobile application continue to run normally.

The interbank transfer transaction service through an ATM machine has returned to normal operations since April 8, 2025.

Bank DKI management said that it is currently strengthening the risk mitigation system in a sustainable manner, including the JakOne Mobile application and other systems. The strengthening process is carried out through the assessment stage and approval from Bank Indonesia as the regulator.

Bank DKI expressed its appreciation for the trust and patience of customers during the recovery process, as well as ensuring a commitment to continue to improve the quality of banking system services and security.
