Steven Spielberg's New Movie Teaser, 'West Side Story' Has Been Released
JAKARTA - Steven Spielberg's latest teaser film, West Side Story, premiered in the middle of the 93rd Academy Awards which will be held on Sunday, April 25, United States time.
This musical film features Tony and Maria who are in two opposing groups. In one situation, they fell in love.
Adapted from the Broadway musical of the same name, West Side Story is Steven Spielberg's latest project in the musical genre. During this time he is known for a range of genres ranging from sci-fi to adventure,
West Side Story stars Ansel Elgort, Rachel Zegler, Ariana DeBose, David Alvarez, Mike Faist, Corey Stoll, and Brian d'Arcy James.

This one-minute teaser features several cutscenes in the film. It is known that Spielberg chose to follow a Broadway script rather than a 1961 film.
After being delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, West Side Story will be released on December 10.
