KY Deploys Investigation Team To Search The Track Record Of Candidates For Supreme Court Justices

The Judicial Commission (KY) has deployed an investigative team to trace the track records of candidates for Supreme Court justices and prospective judges of hoaxes (HAM) at the Supreme Court (MA) in the 2025 selection period.

KY chairman Amzulian Rifai said his party would also involve experts and practitioners to get the best candidates for Supreme Court justices and hoax judges.

"KY will conduct a comprehensive track record tracing as well as a series of tests. We have a reliable investigative team that has the ability to obtain candidate data in their own way, in detail," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, March 11.

Amzulian ensured that KY would select the candidates for judges fairly and independently.

He hopes that the selection participants do not believe in certain parties who promise success or graduation in the selection process.

KY has opened registration for candidates for Supreme Court justices and judges at the Supreme Court in 2025 since Thursday (6/3). Registration can be online through the recruitment.commissioned.go.id page until Thursday (27/3).

Selection to meet the needs of the Supreme Court, namely 17 Supreme Court justices consisting of 5 Supreme Court justices of the Criminal Chamber, 3 Supreme Court justices of the Civil Chamber, 2 Supreme Court justices of the Chamber of Religion, 1 Supreme Court judge of the Chamber of State Administration (TUN), 5 Supreme Court justices of the Special Tax Chamber of Commerce and Space, and 3 judges of hoaxes.

As of Monday (10/3), he said, the number of applicant candidates for Supreme Court justices reached 51 people and the registrant candidates for Hakimad HoHAM amounted to 12 people. However, they have not completed their registration.

He appealed to those who showed interest in participating in registration to immediately complete the complete registration requirements.

The selection stages include administrative selection, quality selection, health and personality selection, as well as interviews. Especially for the health selection, KY collaborates with the Gatot Subroto Army Central Hospital.

"The names of candidates who pass will be submitted to the DPR RI in August 2025," Amzulian explained.
