Bank Mandiri Records A 10-fold Surge In Investment In Livin', Encourages Digital Financial Acceleration
JAKARTA - Bank Mandiri continues to be committed to presenting more inclusive investment solutions through the Livin' Investment feature in the Livin' by Mandiri super app. The feature, which was launched in mid-2022, makes it easier for the public to access various investment instruments such as mutual funds, bonds, and shares in one application.
Through the Livin' Investment feature, customers can directly buy, manage and monitor their investment portfolios anytime and anywhere. Bank Mandiri President Director Darmawan Junaidi said the presence of this feature was in line with Bank Mandiri's commitment to encourage financial inclusion through service digitization.
"We understand that investment is one of the keys in accelerating economic growth and improving people's welfare. For this reason, we continue to optimize investment as an investment solution that is easily accessible to all levels of society," Darmawan said in his official statement, quoted on Saturday, March 8.
One of the main advantages of this Investment feature is that customers can start mutual fund investment with a very affordable nominal value, starting from IDR 10,000. With a wide selection of mutual fund products that match the risk profile of each customer, this feature provides flexibility in managing assets to achieve financial independence.
In addition to mutual funds, this feature also provides access to bond investments that can be an option for customers who look for investment instruments with fixed returns. Furthermore, for customers who want to invest in the capital market, Livin' Investment also provides practical and fast stock account opening services.
As of December 2024, the Livin' Investment feature has received a positive response from the public. This is evident by the increase in the number of stock accounts in Livin' by Mandiri which has increased by 10 times. Not only that, as many as 91 percent of mutual fund transactions at Bank Mandiri have now been carried out through Livin' by Mandiri, showing the high adoption of digital investment services among customers.
