Regarding BBM Oplos, Pertamina's Managing Director Affirms Pertamax RON 92 Quality According To The Standards Of The Directorate General Of Oil And Gas

JAKARTA - President Director of PT Pertamina (Persero) Simon Aloysius Mantiri ensured that Pertamax, a fuel product with Research Octane Number (RON) 92, and other Pertamina products, had good quality and was in accordance with specifications set by the Directorate General of Oil and Gas (Ditjen Migas) of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.

He said that the Directorate General of Oil and Gas has periodically carried out testing and closely monitored by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources through the Center for Oil and Gas Testing (Lemigas).

"We make sure that Pertamina's operations are currently running smoothly, and continue to optimize services and maintain the quality of fuel products to the community," said Simon, Thursday, February 27.

Regarding the corruption case that dragged the main director of Pertamina's subsidiary, Simon emphasized that Pertamina respects the investigation process being carried out by the Attorney General's Office on the Governance of Crude Oil and Refinery Products in 2018-2023.

Pertamina, he said, also ensured that during the investigation process, Pertamina's operations in serving fuel needs to the community continued smoothly.

"Pertamina as the parent company of various energy business lines continues to strive to improve good governance performance within the Pertamina Group, among others through stronger synergy with the Attorney General's Office," said Simon.

The man who had served as Deputy Treasurer of the Prabowo-Gibran National Campaign Team (TKN) also appreciated the trust and support of all parties for the quality of Pertamina's products so far.

"As well as asking the public to be calm and not provoked by various issues that cannot be accounted for," said Simon.
