JAKARTA - Minister of Youth and Sports Dito Ariotedjo said Indra Sjafri, who had just been fired by PSSI from the Indonesian U-20 national team coach, was assigned to prepare the Indonesian national team for the 2025 SEA Games.

"He (PSSI General Chair Erick Thohir) told me that coach Indra Sjafri is still assigned to prepare (Indonesian National Team) for the 2025 SEA Games," Dito Ariotedjo told the media crew in Jakarta, on Monday, February 24, 2025.
