Sri Lanka International Challenge 2025: Indonesia Sends 28 Representatives

JAKARTA The Indonesian Badminton Association (PBSI) sent 28 representatives to fight in the Sri Lanka International Challenge 2025 this week.

This event will take place from Tuesday, February 25, 2025 to Sunday, March 2, 2025, at St. Joseph's College. This will be the duet of Lanny Tria Mayasari's new couple with Velisha Christina.

This is the second time Lanny has changed his partner in this year's badminton calendar. He was before being paired with Siti Fadia Silva Ramadhanti.

The Lanny/Fadia duet resulted in a title at the BWF World Tour Super 300 Thailand Masters 2025. They then went down together and helped Indonesia win the 2025 Badminton Asia Mixed Team Championship (BAMTC) in China.

Fadia will then be paired with Apriyani Rahayu again. The pair plans to return to play together at the Orleans Masters, All England, and Swiss Open 2025 in March.

The men's singles number is the sector with the most representatives in the Sri Lanka International Challenge 2025, which is nine. This number includes badminton player Mohammad Zaki Ubaidillah.

Then in second place is the mixed doubles with seven representatives. The number also sent the pair Bobby Setiabudi/Melati Daeva Oktavianti.

In addition, there are three debutants from mixed doubles, namely Raymond Indra/Rinjani Kwinara Nastine, Daniel Edgar chanceo/Nabila Cahya Permata Ayu, and Nikolaus Joaquin/Siti Sarah Azzahra.

In a row, there were women's doubles with five representatives, men's doubles with four representatives, and women's singles with only three representatives.
