This shows that the habit of skipping breakfast is still very common among the public. Breakfast has many benefits for the body, especially in supporting daily activities.
"The benefits of breakfast are very important to be able to help concentration work, reduce feeling sleepy, breakfast is likely to make weight more awake than people who skip breakfast," said Caroline.
With enough breakfast, a person can focus more on work or study and avoid feeling weak and drowsiness during the day. One of the bad effects of not having breakfast is the tendency to eat more during the day.
"The problem is that breakfast skips make a lot of lunch. If we eat breakfast, we will be more controlled and the lunch will not be much," added Caroline.
Therefore, a balanced breakfast can help set a better diet throughout the day. In terms of the breakfast menu selection, Caroline recommends Chicken fire as one of the nutritious alternatives.
