PTPP Optimizes Rest Area Service For KM 206B Ahead Of The 2025 Eid Homecoming Moment

JAKARTA - PT PP (Persero) Tbk (PTPP) through its subsidiary PT PP Sinergi Banjaratma, as the manager of the Rest Area Heritage KM 260B Banjaratma optimizes services ahead of the 2025 Eid homecoming moment.

President Director of PT PP Synergi Banjaratma, Dina Yunanda said, his party always evaluates all facilities at the Rest Area heritage KM 260B Banjaratma, Brebes, Central Java (Central Java).

"For example, parking lots, CCTV that can be monitored, communication using handy talky (HT), security and cleaning services," said Dina in Brebes, Thursday, February 20.

Meanwhile, the cleaning service, explained Dina, is tasked with informing toilet facilities that visitors can use so that long queues do not occur during the homecoming and return to Eid.

"The water has been prepared. We once lacked water until we bought it to PDAM a day with 5 trucks. So we evaluated this," he said.

In addition, added Dina, the Rest Area heritage KM 260B Banjaratma also has hotel facilities from Swiss-Belhotel with 24 rooms and is equipped with meeting rooms so that they can be used for gathering places for groups.

"Also the coworking space can be used," he added.

It is known, the Rest Area heritage KM 260B Banjaratma contains 200 MSME booths. Consisting of culinary archipelago, souvenirs, handicrafts, pottery, paintings, batik clothes, and several children's rides.

During the Eid Al-Fitr 2024 homecoming period, the total number of travelers entering the Rest Area Heritage KM 260B Banjaratma was recorded at 72,277 units, starting from 5-14 April 2024.

During 2024, Dina continued, the Rest Area Heritage KM 260 B managed to record business growth of 14 percent compared to 2023.

"This achievement has grown three times from the Budget Work Plan (RKA), which the previous year lost money and was able to reap profits this year," he explained.

PT PP's Corporate Secretary (Sekper), Joko Raharjo, assessed that the contribution of recurring income at the KM 260B Banjaratma Rest Area was still small.

However, the company supports the business carried out by its subsidiary, especially since its contribution to micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is quite large.

"Facing the challenging conditions this year, the company will focus on its main business in infrastructure," said Joko.
