JCB Indonesia Award 2025 Award 18 Awards For Best Business Partners In Indonesia
JCB Indonesia again held the annual JCB Indonesia Award 2025 event on February 11, 2025 at the LAVVVA Lounge & Yashinoki Yokocho, Plaza Senayan, as a form of appreciation to business partners who have collaborated and contribute to building the success of JCB Indonesia.
Attended by business circles from various fields such as banking and retail merchants and the media, the award, which was held again 6 times in Indonesia, was also attended by HEE MASAKI Yasushi. A total of 18 award categories were given to business partners who have shown extraordinary performance, marking JCB Indonesia's commitment to continue collaborating with business partners in Indonesia in improving service and product quality.
The Collaboration & Synergy to Grow Together is a theme carried out at the JCB Indonesia Award 2025, reflecting the sincerity and belief of JCB to work together with all partners in Indonesia to undergo harmonious processes and interactions in order to achieve optimal results for all parties, achieve mutual success and create added value for customers and the community. JCB International Indonesia, Mr. Takumi Takahashi explained, the JCB Indonesia Award 2025 was a place of enthusiasm for JCB Indonesia in appreciating our main business partners who took part and played an important role in achieving JCB Indonesia's performance in 2024 so that it recorded excellent results thanks to the objectives that were focused, disciplined and committed and practiced consistently.

The rapid transformation of the digital payment system has prompted JCB Indonesia to become one of the pioneers of international payments from Japan as a means of payment with many benefits. JCB Indonesia recorded an increase in the number of credit card holders and also the number of transaction volumes increased significantly in 2024, especially in foreign transactions such as in Japan. Conditions that can be in close contact with increasing interest in Indonesian tourists visiting Japan.

The latest data from the Japan National Tourist Organization (JNTO) shows the occurrence of a new history of Indonesian tourist visits to Japan in 2024 as many as 517,600 visitors, showing an increase of up to 88,218 visitors compared to the previous year.
Overall, Japan set a new record for the number of international visitors in 2024 with a total of 36.9 million people, an increase of 47.1 percent compared to the previous year. This figure shows Japan's appeal as one of the best tourist destinations in the world.
