Bank DKI Wins Indonesia Top Digital Innovation Award 2025

JAKARTA - Bank DKI received an award as the Indonesia Top Digital Innovation Award 2025, and Indonesia 20 Popular CIO & CTO Awards 2025 which was specifically given to the Director of Technology & Operations at Bank DKI, Amirul Wicaksono, at the Digital Forum & The Iconomics Awards 6th Anniversary Indonesia Top Digital Innovation Awards 2025 by The Iconomics media, in Jakarta on Friday, February 13.

The award given by The Iconomics Media is supported by Axia Research and RRI as an appreciation to companies that are considered to always innovate in order to increase the company's value, as well as adapt in order to continue to grow sustainably.

Bank DKI's Director of Technology & Operations, Amirul Wicaksono, said that this achievement is a motivation for Bank DKI to continue to provide increasingly innovative and inclusive financial services, including through digitalization.

"Bank DKI will continue to adapt to technological developments in order to provide banking solutions that are relevant to needs, and more accessible to the public," he said.

Various digital initiatives have been developed by Bank DKI in line with the company's transformation strategy, including developing features in the JakOne Mobile application, optimizing digital services for MSME players, and strengthening the non-cash transaction ecosystem in various sectors.

One of the leading products, the JakOne Mobile application is now equipped with various excellent features ranging from opening savings accounts and deposits online, various bill payments, transactions with QRIS, infaq and alms, to cardless cash withdrawal features.

In supporting MSME players, Bank DKI developed JakOne Abank, mobile Point of Sale (MPOS)-based agency banking services for MSME players. In addition, Bank DKI also introduced the Jakarta Tourist Pass, digital solutions based on electronic cards (JakCard) and applications (JakOne Pay) which make it easier for tourists to access popular destinations, public transportation, culinary, and other tourism services in Jakarta.

The Iconomics Awards 6th Anniversary Indonesia Top Digital Innovation Awards 2025 is a form of appreciation to state-owned companies, private companies, and other institutions that make major innovations and adaptations during 2024 through a study with a media monitoring approach for initial searches, which will next produce company candidates that deserve awards.

The three aspects that are being assessed are: Configuration (Profit Model, Network, Structure, and Process), Product Offering (Product Performance, and Product System), and Experience (Service, Channel, Brand, and Customer Engagement), Experience.

Furthermore, Bank DKI Corporate Secretary, Arie Rinaldi added that Bank DKI is committed to continuing to develop digital-based services to support a more efficient and modern financial ecosystem.
