They assessed that there were a number of steps that caused uncertainty in the property industry.

For more than three months, the developer has supported and followed the spirit of the Ministry of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP). In fact, accompanying PKP Minister Maruarar Sirait (Ara) to inspect residential locations.
However, the developers assessed that the condition of the housing sector raised questions.
"What arises is unnecessary noise," Joko said at a press conference in the Kebayoran Baru area, South Jakarta, Tuesday, February 18.
The commotion in question is the issue that the government is building a free house, a plan to reduce the price of subsidized houses, the use of land confiscated by corruptors for the construction of houses and plans to build a housing purchasing central.

Joko assessed that this condition resulted in developers feeling that they did not receive guidance and protection from the government.
In addition, developers are worried about their business future, including the future of their workforce and also feel that there is no business certainty in the housing sector.
"The issue of developers is eager to meet with President Prabowo Subianto and wants to hear firsthand the concept of the 3 million house program which is one of the President's mainstay programs," Joko hoped.
