JAKARTA - PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGN) continues to improve services for household customers and small businesses by simplifying the process of paying natural gas bills. Now, customers can pay bills more flexibly through various channels, both digital and retail.
PGN provides various payment counter options to ensure customer convenience, including through minimarkets such as Alfamart, Indomaret, and Alfamidi throughout Indonesia. In addition, it can also be through the digital application MyPertamina, Pegadaian, banking services through bank transfers, e-commerce Shopee and Tokopedia, as well as digital wallets such as Gopay, Dana and LinkAja.

PGN's natural gas bill is calculated based on the amount of usage recorded on the customer's gas meter. Every month, bills will appear on the 6th and can be paid until the 20th through the available payment channels.
To assist customers in managing gas consumption, PGN provides the PGN Mobile application, which allows real-time monitoring of gas usage.
