LMAN Has Disbursed IDR 138.86 Trillion Funds For 129 PSN

JAKARTA - The State Asset Management Institute (LMAN) has disbursed funds worth IDR 138.86 trillion for land acquisition of 129 national strategic projects (PSN) from 2016 to December 31, 2024.

"The total accumulation of funds that have been given by the State Budget to LMAN for PSN land acquisition starting from 2016 is IDR 167.30 trillion. As of December 2024, we used it to fund 129 PSN with a total realization of IDR 138.86 trillion," said LMAN President Director Basuki Purwadi during a hearing (RDP) with Commission XI RI in Jakarta, quoted by Antara, Monday, February 17.

The special realization in 2024 was recorded at IDR 14.99 trillion.

The funding was distributed to 129 PSN in eight sectors, namely toll roads, dams, irrigation, raw water, railway lines, ports, national tourism strategic areas (KSPN), and the capital city of the archipelago (IKN).

For toll roads, the funds disbursed reached Rp115.52 trillion or 86 percent of the Rp135.11 trillion ceiling. Especially in 2024, the funds disbursed amounted to Rp11.25 trillion. The total PSN covered by this sector reached 55 projects.

Then, the realization of funding for the dam sector is IDR 14.81 trillion or 80 percent of the IDR 18.45 trillion ceiling, with a special distribution of 2024 of IDR 1.48 trillion. Funding is used for the project of 40 PSN.

For irrigation, the total realization is Rp. 642 billion from the Rp. 823 billion ceiling, of which the special distribution of 2024 is Rp. 20 billion. Funds for the irrigation sector are distributed to 5 PSN.

In the raw water sector, funds amounted to Rp140 billion for 1 PSN. The total ceiling given is Rp308 billion with a special realization in 2024 of Rp63 billion.

The railway line sector was disbursed with funds amounting to Rp3.33 trillion from a ceiling of Rp5.06 trillion. The special realization in 2024 amounted to Rp75 billion for 10 PSN projects.

Funds for the port sector were realized amounting to Rp800 billion from the Rp1.65 trillion ceiling for 1 PSN. Then, the realization sector of the KSPN sector has reached 100 percent of the Rp85 billion ceiling for 1 PSN. There is no new realization in 2024 for these two sectors.

The total realization for IKN was recorded at Rp3.53 trillion from the Rp5.91 trillion ceiling, with a special realization in 2024 of Rp2.11 trillion. LMAN distributed funds for land acquisition of 16 PSN in this sector.
