The Ministry Of SOEs Prepares 792 Ha Land To Accelerate The 3 Million Prabowo House Program

This was conveyed by Erick after a meeting with the Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP) Maruarar Sirait and a number of housing development associations at the Ministry of SOEs Office, Jakarta.

Erick said that of the total land, at least 123,000 housing units will be produced. Both in vertical form and landed houses.

"For the acceleration of 792 hectares, it is clear that we can map this up, approximately 123,000 houses can be accelerated," he said at a press conference at the Ministry of SOEs Office, Jakarta, Monday, February 10.

The land comes from assets belonging to PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) or KAI and PT Perumnas. The locations are spread across Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi or Jabodetabek.

Erick said that the meeting was also agreed on to cooperate with various sectors while at the same time ensuring a clear and transparent legal umbrella in order to give trust to the public.

Later, continued Erick, the land will be maximized by private entrepreneurs with various concepts of business cooperation that can be in the form of joint ventures, operational cooperation (KSO) and in other forms.

"That's why I'm bullish, I'm very optimistic, that's why I agreed to two things with Mr. Ara as Minister of Housing and of course the private sector, whether large, medium, small, "he explained.

Meanwhile, the President Director of Perum Perumnas Budi Saddewa Soediro said that there are five lands to be developed to build 123,000 housing units.

The house will be developed with the concept of transit-oriented development (TOD), namely Gebang Island, Jakarta; Cicayur Station Tangerang; Jurangmangu Station, South Tangerang; revitalization of flats or Klender flats, Jakarta; and landed houses in the Jonggol area, Bogor Regency, West Java.

"So we have prepared several lands from Perumnas. Earlier, Mr. Erick conveyed the 729 ha. Most of them belong to Perumnas and there are several locations. The five locations owned by KAI, (assets) belonging to KAI, are all at the station," he explained.
