Sido Muncul President Director David Hidayat Borong 905,700 SIDO Shares

JAKARTA - President Director of PT Industri Jamu and Pharmacy Sido Muncul Tbk David Hidayat bought up the shares of the issuer coded SIDO, on Tuesday, February 4.

Based on the information disclosure of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Thursday, February 6, David Hidayat bought 905,700 SIDO shares at a price of IDR 575 per share.

"The purpose of this transaction is for investment with direct share ownership," reads IDX information disclosure.

The transaction made David Hidayat's total share ownership in SIDO to 905,700 shares, equivalent to 0.003 percent of the total outstanding shares, compared to previously not owning SIDO shares.

As for the purchase of SIDO shares, David Hidayat had to spend IDR 520.7 million.

For information, based on financial reports, SIDO recorded a net profit of IDR 778.11 billion until the third quarter of 2024. This achievement increased 33 percent from the same period last year, which was IDR 586.57 billion.

The producers of Tolak Angin and Kuku Bima Energy-G posted net sales of IDR 2.62 trillion or grew 11.42 percent compared to the realization in the third quarter of 2023 which reached IDR 2.36 trillion.
