Investigate Allegations Of Corruption At The Kemusu Boyolali Health Center, The Prosecutor's Office Examines 30 Witnesses
JAKARTA - The Boyolali District Attorney's Office (Kejari) examined about 30 witnesses in the alleged corruption case in the management of funds from the regional public service agency (BLUD) of the Kemusu Health Center for the 2017-2022 period.
"Regarding the Kemusu Health Center, we are still conducting examinations, witnesses and experts in the future," said Head of the Boyolali Kejari Tri Anggoro Mukti in Boyolali, Central Java, Thursday, February 6, as reported by Antara.
He said the examination of the witness was to clarify the completeness of the files of the suspects. Meanwhile, when asked about the addition of suspects, according to him, it will still see developments in the field.
"We have seen the addition of the suspect in the field and the statements of the witnesses. We will definitely evaluate it, we will not be reckless. The parties who must be responsible, there are stages in the future," he said.
In this case, two employees of the Kemusu Health Center were named as suspects, namely PA (34) accounting staff and KV (39) treasurer of the assistance expenditure of the Kemusu Health Center.

The two suspects were charged with two articles, namely Primary Article 2 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 18 of Law No. 20 of 2001 in conjunction with No. 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 64 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.
He said the reason the suspects committed the alleged corruption would be proven in court.
"When it comes to accountability, everyone must be held accountable. That's how the supervision is. ASN argues that it doesn't do anything, because the task is left honorary. It can't be like that," he said.
