Jasa Marga Optimizes Trans Java Toll Service Supports People's Travel During The Long Holidays Of Isra Miraj And Chinese New Year

PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) has optimized the readiness of toll road services on Trans Java sections to support smooth distribution and community travel to face the Isra Miraj holiday Prophet Muhammad SAW and the Chinese New Year.

"With the management of the 676-kilometer toll road that crosses West Java, Central Java and East Java, we want to ensure the comfort and security of toll users during this holiday period," said Vice President Corporate Secretary & Legal of PT JTT Ria Marlinda Paalo in Bekasi, West Java, quoted by Antara, Saturday, January 25.

He said the company had carried out intensive care through routine maintenance work on all transaction substations and toll gates on the Trans Java section to ensure optimization of services during that period.

"The toll substation operation runs on standby for 24 hours in three shifts to ensure smooth transactions," he said.

PT JTT has also prepared anticipatory steps to deal with potential traffic congestion, including coordinating with the police and all related elements that are ready to support the smooth flow of road users traveling.

"Including traffic engineering such as contra flow situationally. This step is taken to maintain the smooth journey of toll road users and ensure driving comfort," he said.

Ria explained that the Trans Java Toll Road is also equipped with 40 breaks with facilities such as puja Sera, mini market, public toilets, gas stations, ATMs, workshops to electronic money refill services for Type A as well as other facilities for Type B.

PT JTT also checks the feasibility of facilities such as ensuring the adequacy of clean water, the function of toilets, the availability of fuel and the management of traffic flow in rest areas in order to ensure optimal service.

"In supporting net zero emissions as well as contributing to a greener and more sustainable future, 95 percent rest area has been equipped with public electric vehicle charging stations," he said.

These steps show PT JTT's commitment to providing a comfortable and safe driving experience for the community while at the same time supporting the smooth distribution of logistics and mobility during this national holiday period along the Trans Java toll road.

The Trans Java Toll Road covers the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road, Mohamed Bin Zayed Flyover, Palimanan-Kanci, Batang-Semarang, Semarang Sections A, B, C to Semarang-Solo Toll Roads.

Then the Solo-Ngawi, Ngawi-Kertosono, Surabaya-Mojokerto, Surabaya-Gempol, Gempol-Pasuruan, Gempol-Pandaan and Pandaan-Malang Toll Road sections.

Along this toll road, 114 toll gates operate with 715 transaction substations consisting of 200 entry substations, 269 exit substations and 244 open system substations.

His party appealed to all toll road users to prioritize safety by following the directions of officers in the field, complying with traffic signs, ensuring that the vehicle is in prime condition, the balance of electronic money is sufficient and the fuel is fully filled before the trip.

"If you feel tired, users are advised to rest in the available rest areas and continue to obey traffic regulations for mutual safety," he said.
