Weapons Pointed At Street Cowboys In The Rest Area Of The Jagorawi Toll Road Turned Out To Be A Match Of Fire
A street copoi who pointed a firearm at a gas station employee on the Jagorawi Toll Road is still undergoing examination at the Polda Metro Jaya on Friday, January 24. The perpetrator with the initials DD has been named a suspect.
"A gun that looks like a gun in the form of a lighter," said the Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Ade Ary, to reporters at the Kramat Jati Police Hospital, East Jakarta, Friday, January 24.
Kombes Ade said the motive for the action started when the perpetrator was reprimanded by the victim because the perpetrator wanted to fill his vehicle with Pertalite.
"But the victim was reminded that the victim had to use a barcode," he said.
As a result of his actions, the perpetrator was charged with Article 335 of the Criminal Code for unlawfully carrying out activities that forced other people.
"The maximum penalty is 1 year," he said.
Kombes Ade appealed to the public in the event of a commotion on the streets to be resolved properly with a cool head.
"If that is a criminal incident, we will process it and investigate it thoroughly. The public can report the police to the telephone number 110 for free credit," he said.

Previously, it was reported that a middle-aged man in a black shirt driving a minibus with license plate B 2379 UIA was involved in an argument with a gas station employee at the KM10 Cibubur Rest Area, Jagorawi Toll Road, East Jakarta, Thursday, January 23.
The stabbing was caused because the driver of the car could not fill Pertalite fuel because the car had not beencoded. So the gas station employee suggested that the driver fill the Pertamax fuel if there was no barcode.
However, apparently the statement by the gas station employee made the driver of the car who kept the hat belonging to the police officer furious. The perpetrator was also angry until finally a fight broke out between them.
The perpetrator finally pointed a firearm (Senpi) and wanted to hit the victim using a gun handle. The perpetrator is allegedly annoyed that he was not allowed to fill Pertalite even though he had displayed a police hat on the dashboard in front of his car.
After pointing a gun, the perpetrator then got into the car and ran away. Meanwhile, the victim, a gas station employee, made a police report on the incident of threatening the gun to the Cipayung Police.
"He didn't use a barcode to fill in pertalite, kept urging Pertamax. He was angry. It happened at half past 6 this morning," said Didik, a gas station employee who was the victim of gunfire, Thursday, January 23, afternoon.
Didik admitted that he had directed the perpetrators to register a barcode to charge Pertalite fuel but the perpetrators ignored it. In addition, he has also helped the perpetrators to register the barcode.
"The consumer asked for the contents of the Pertalite but there was no barcode, from Pertamina the recommendation was to use a mandatory barcode, right. We have helped register the number plate. Eh, he's even emotional. Pull a gun (fire gun)," he said.
