KKP: Tangerang Sea Pagar Case If It Can Be Resolved Until There Are Suspects

TANGERANG - The Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) is still investigating who owns the 30.16 km fence in the Tangerang sea. For now, two fishermen have been questioned.

Director General of Marine and Fishery Resources Supervision (PSDKP) Pung Nugroho Saksono or Ipunk said the number of people being examined would continue to grow, to find out who owns the bamboo fence on the Tangerang Coast.

"Yes (it will increase). So they will call other people. We will call them (other people who are called)," said Ipunk at Muara Karang, North Jakarta, Wednesday, January 22.

He also emphasized that he would continue to investigate until he was finally able to prove and make a suspect against the owner of the fence.

"We have called it, but the confession has not been maximal. We have not been able to make it a suspect. However, we will continue to explore it, if possible, there will be (the suspect)," he said.

Because for him, the 30.16 km long bamboo fence in the Sea of Tangerang Regency must have a mastermind who costs it until it is finally installed in the ocean.

Misalnya mengaku, terus dia hanya bicara kita langsung pemeriksa, ucapnya.

Regarding sanctions, Ipunk said that administrative penalties were only imposed. However, if there are other parties who want to take them to the criminal realm, they are wide open by providing evidence.

"If it is from the KKP, administrative sanctions will be imposed. However, if later other officers call using the crime, we will be wide open," he said.
