Acting Governor of Aceh Safrizal ZA said his party opened the widest possible space for investment without illegal levies or illegal fees.
"Aceh opened up, giving red carpets to foreign investment efforts at no cost, or the charge of illegal fees (illegal costs)," said Safrizal ZA in Banda Aceh, quoted from Antara, Wednesday, January 8.
This affirmation was conveyed by Safrizal to the media crew on the sidelines of Aceh Investment Opportunities activities, in Banda Aceh, on Monday, January 6.
Aceh is determined to provide hospitality or friendly services for investment and business, so outsiders are happy to be on rencong land.
"Everything has to be fun, so people like to come to Aceh, are happy to invest in Aceh, so that jobs are open, reducing unemployment and poverty," he said.
Safrizal said, with the potential for natural wealth owned by Aceh, what is needed is to create good management and governance to realize healthy and environmentally friendly investments.
He said investors from Malaysia were interested in a number of potential investment sectors in Aceh. Starting from mining, oil and gas, agricultural and technology.
