OSS System Is Effective In Optimizing Public Services
Deputy Minister of Communication and Digital Affairs (Wamenkomdigi) Nezar Patria said the One Stop Service (OSS) system or also known as One Stop Service which is an effective digital technology adoption in optimizing public services.
This OSS system has been adopted at the Public Service Mall (MPP) of the Sidoarjo Regency Government, East Java and proves that the use of appropriate digital technology in public services accelerates the administrative process.
"We hope that this public service mall can become a model in other regencies or cities, both in Java and outside Java," said Nezar Patria quoting Antara.
This was conveyed by Nezar during a visit to MPP of Sidoarjo Regency, East Java on Friday (3/1) and he stated that the OSS in public facilities made government services to the community run more efficiently, orderly, and quickly.
OSS is considered by Nezar to be effective because it is able to provide various services from various offices, but the community only needs to visit one location so that the needs are easier to fulfill.
We are very pleased to see how the adoption of digital technology at this Public Service Mall (MPP) is able to accelerate the administrative process with a one-stop service system. This not only makes services faster, but also orderly, even in the middle of the Nataru long holiday season," said Nezar.

During the visit, Nezar Patria had a dialogue with a young man who was taking care of the extension of the Identity Card (KTP).
He saw that although the young man was a person with a disability due to an accident, it turned out that this did not make it difficult for him to take care of population administration at the Sidoarjo Regency MPP.
The completion of the KTP extension took place easily and quickly so that it did not provide difficulties to the community, including vulnerable groups such as people with disabilities, pregnant women, to the elderly (elderly).
