Call The Community 3T More Observation Of Expensive Fuel Prices, Bahlil: Others Rising Rp200 Ribut All
AMBON - Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Bahlil Lahadalia inaugurated 31 points of One Price Fuel by dragging and centralized at the Integrated Wayame Terminal, Ambon City, Maluku Province. Prior to the One Price Fuel program, said Bahlil, people had to spend more money to buy fuel.
Bahlil again recounted when he bought fuel in Wamena, Papua Mountains to reach a total of thousands of rupiah.
"If the weather is bad, the plane cannot enter, the price of fuel can be up to Rp. 35,000 at that time. Meanwhile, diesel in Java or in areas where there are oil sources and Public Fuel Filling Stations (SPBU), the price at that time was only Rp. 7,000, how many times is it tried to imagine," said Bahlil when quoted on Thursday, December 19.
In his remarks, Bahlil also said that actually people who live in disadvantaged, frontier, and outermost, aka 3T, are a group of people who are patient.
"The price of oil goes up, be quiet, don't worry about them. The important thing is that they can live well," he added.
Different stories with other local people, Bahlil said they tend to protest easily with the rising oil price of only Rp. 200.00.
"So actually, people's patience, my brothers and sisters in the 3T area must be used as an example for my other brothers and sisters in this Republic," he said.

Furthermore, Bahlil said that the existence of One Price Fuel was able to stimulate the economy of remote communities and answer the basic needs of the community. This is in line with the government's target of achieving economic growth of 8 percent.
"There will not be a good economic growth in the regions if fuel is not available at affordable prices," he explained.
Bahlil hopes that the community's support in the success of the Asta Cita program launched by the President of the Republic of Indonesia Prabowo Subianto.
"The president has a program in Astha, he hopes that at least four will become the main programs, namely food sovereignty, energy sovereignty, downstreaming, and nutritious food. These four things we must do and need support from all levels of society from Aceh to Papua," said Bahlil.
