The Son Of The Boss Of The Official Bakery Shop Is A Suspect In Persecution
JAKARTA - The police have officially named George Sugama Halim or GSH as suspects in the alleged abuse case. The determination is based on the results of the case title.
"Satreskrim Polres Metro East Jakarta has named brother GSH as a suspect," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi to reporters, Monday, December 16.
In the case title process, investigators believe that George Sugama Halim committed a criminal act of persecution. This belief is based on the evidence that has been obtained.
Furthermore, investigators will be examined as suspects. But for now it has not been done because it is still waiting for the presence of the legal team as a companion.
"Currently, the investigation has not yet taken place because it is waiting for the legal advisory team from the suspect GSH," said Ade.
In this case, George Sugama Halim was charged with Article 351 regarding persecution. Thus, the son of the bakery boss faces a maximum prison sentence of 5 years.
George Sugama Halim was secured at a hotel in the Sukabumi area, West Java, Monday, December 16, on the day. His presence there was not said to have fled from the officers. But it aims to calm him down.
