Golkar Vice Chairman Adies Kadir Mentioned the Filling of the West Papua DPRD Position as a Result of Careful Consideration

JAKARTA - Golkar Deputy Chairman Adies Kadir said the appointment of Henry A.G Wairara as Chairman of the Southwest Papua DPRD was appropriate. There are several considerations behind the appointment. One of them is about performance and Henry A.G Wairara who is a native son of Papua.

“I think it is appropriate for Mr. Ketum Bahlil and the DPP Golkar Party to appoint Henry Wairara as Chairman of the Southwest Papua Provincial DPRD. Apart from being a genuine Golkar cadre and native Papuan child, Henry has done a lot for the Golkar Party,” Adies said in his statement, Monday, December 9.

In addition, Adies also emphasized that the appointment of internal cadres by the DPP Golkar in various positions had gone through long consideration.

Especially for Henry, it is said that he is a loyal cadre. So, he deserves to be given a position according to his abilities.

“What I know is that the person concerned is loyal, there are no camps, upright with the General Chairperson and always dedicates himself to the party, even his entire family to my knowledge are fighters for the Golkar Party as well,” he said.

Not only Henry, continued Adies, the DPP Golkar also emphasized the cadres to obey the decision regarding the appointment. Because, everything is solely to advance the Golkar Party.

“Congratulations to Mr. Henry, keep working for the glory of the Golkar Party in Southwest Papua,” said Adies.

It is known that the DPP Golkar Party has assigned Henry A.G Wairara as Chairman of the Southwest Papua DPRD. The assignment of the position of Chairman of the PBD DPRD is contained in the Golkar DPP Decree number: B-447/DPP/GOLKAR/2024; Subject: Determination of the Chairman of the House of Representatives of Southwest Papua Province for the period 2024-2029.
