Police Collaborate With PPATK To Investigate Djarum Toto's Judol Site Flow After 7 Suspects Arrested In Kembangan
TANGERANG - The police are coordinating with the Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (PPATK) to investigate the flow of funds on the online gambling site or judol Djarum Toto.
The search was carried out after the police arrested seven suspects suspected of managing Djarum Toto, who is affiliated with the Cambodian network at Puri Mansion, Kembangan, West Jakarta, November 11.
"For the flow of transactions, now we are coordinating with those who have the authority in PPATK to find out how much transaction flow as long as this site runs," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the South Tangerang Police (Tangsel), AKP Alvino Cahyadi when confirmed, Sunday, December 8.
Alvino suspects that the total profit from the operation of the Djarum Toto website reaches IDR 2 billion every month. However, in detail, he still doesn't want to explain it.
"It has been going on since 3 years ago, yes. Then from September and October, the information here is Rp. 2 billion," he said.

Furthermore, Alvino explained that from the arrests of seven suspects in Kembangan, namely NAD (30), MA (26), BMM (28), ABK (20), BSA (19), VNA (30), and RAK, it was revealed that their respective roles were different.
The first suspect NAD, 30 years old, became the head of marketing. MA, 26 years old domain site maker. BMM, 28 years old, ABK, 20 years old and BSA, has served as an editor of photos and videos," he said.
"Then the suspect with the initials VNA, 30 years old, and RAK, 28 years old, acted as the uploader of a news article that was inserted on the Djarum Toto judol website," he continued.
The seven suspects were charged with Article 303 of the Criminal Code concerning Gambling, Article 45 Paragraph (3) in conjunction with Article 27 paragraph (2) of Law Number 1 of 2024 concerning the Second Amendment to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions.
"With the threat of imprisonment of approximately 10 years," he concluded.
