Telkomsel And ZTE Successfully Trial AI-Based Self-Adaptive Feedback Network Solutions
JAKARTA - Telkomsel together with ZTE Corporation announced that they have implemented a network solution based on artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) called Self-Adaptive Feedback.
The solution, which is a continuation of the collaboration between the two companies at Mobile World Congress 2024 Barcelona, is designed to improve the quality of 4G/LTE services and optimize network performance without requiring additional hardware.
"Telkomsel and ZTE have reviewed and implemented Self-Adaptive Feedback solutions in Makassar and Kendari for a smoother and more efficient internet experience," said Telkomsel's Planning & Transformation Director, Wong Soon Nam, quoted Monday, November 25.
With Telkomsel's Hyper AI approach, Wong Soon hopes that the implementation of Self-Adaptive Feedback technology will not only increase customer satisfaction, but also strengthen their position as industry leaders who consistently present positive benefits and impacts for Indonesia.
Self-Adaptive Feedback technology now serves more than 300 thousand Telkomsel customers in more than 90 sites, with plans to expand to the entire Telkomsel-ZTE network in Indonesia.
The results of network testing with Self-Adaptive Feedback in Makassar and Kendari have shown a significant increase in user experience.
