On a separate occasion, the Bengkulu Police Chief Kombes Pol Deddy Nata confirmed the existence of KPK activities in Bengkulu. He said there was an examination carried out by the KPK at the Bengkulu Police Headquarters.

"Yes, that's right, the KPK, we just wait for the activity for a while. For the number, I don't know, we'll just have to wait. Because those who carry out activities are not the Bengkulu Police and I don't know anything about their activities, please be patient while waiting for further developments," he said in Bengkulu City, Saturday.

He said that the Bengkulu Police only carried out securing activities, while the contents of the activities carried out by the KPK did not know.
