Gatwick London Airport Re-opens After TIM Disposal Of Bomb Disposal
JAKARTA - London's Gatwick Airport, England's second busiest airport, reopened the passenger terminal after the bomb disposal team conducted a sweep.
Officers handle prohibited items that they think were found in the trunk at the airport's south terminal.
"The previous security warning has now been completed and resolved by the police," Gatwick said.
The incident disrupted weekend travel plans for thousands of passengers, with more than 600 flights scheduled to land or take off on Friday from Gatwick, from aviation analysis firm Cirium.
