The temperature in Medina in winter can range from 8 to 15 degrees Celsius, especially at night. For pilgrims who are accustomed to tropical climates such as in Indonesia, this condition can be a challenge in itself and can even reduce endurance.
This colder weather in the Holy Land certainly requires pilgrims who want to undergo Umrah to pay more attention to their provisions so that their body condition remains fit for worship.

Even though the temperature feels colder than usual, the body's fluid needs must still be met. Don't ignore the importance of drinking enough water, at least eight glasses a day. Combination with the consumption of water-rich fruits such as oranges or apples to keep the body hydrated.
Nutritionary foods, especially those that are warm such as soup, will also help maintain body resistance. Warm herbal tea can also be a calming option, as well as warm the body.
"Don't forget to bring personal medicines, especially if you have a history of certain diseases. Flu, fever, or vitamin C drugs can help keep the body prime," he concluded.
Crowds of congested worshipers, especially at the end of the year, increase the risk of disease transmission such as flu.
