Russian Drone Attack On Apartment In Ukraine Odesa Triggers Big Fire

JAKARTA - A Russian drone attacked an apartment in the Odesa port of the Ukrainian Black Sea on Friday night.

The attack sparked a major fire, according to a report by public broadcaster Suspillne on the Telegram messaging app, citing residents as reported by Reuters on Saturday, November 9.

Other media in the city contain video footage showing cars and buildings burning and thick smoke billowing into the sky.

Earlier, a bomb attack by a Russian guide in Ukraine's southeastern city of Zaporizhia killed four people and injured 18 people. Russian attacks also destroyed houses and damaged the oncology center.

A four-month-old girl and two boys, aged one and 10, were among the injured, regional governor Ivan Fedorov said.

Two people were seriously injured after Russia carried out five attacks on the city. The oncology center was damaged by an explosion.

Rescue operations continue as more people are trapped under the rubble, officials said.
