Supported By 7 Political Party Cadres KIM Plus, Pramono: I'm Not A Candidate For One Party Governor

JAKARTA - Jakarta Governor Candidate number 3 Pramono Anung said he was happy to receive support from 7 political party cadres (parpol) who are members of the Advanced Indonesia Coalition (KIM) Plus.

Pramono emphasized that even though it was only carried by PDIP and the Hanura Party, he felt that he was a candidate for governor who received the support of all parties and groups.

"As a candidate for governor, I am not the governor of one party. I am governor for all groups, groups, all parties. So if there is support from parties or other groups, thank God," said Pramono in Matraman, East Jakarta, Thursday, October 31.

The seven members of this political party met Pramono without any direction from their respective party leaders. However, Pramono admitted that he had met with a number of other political party elites.

However, the former Cabinet Secretary was reluctant to reveal what was in the contents of the meeting. Yes, there must be. It's impossible or not. Anyway, there is," said Pramono.

So, Pramono admitted that he was surprised that his meeting with the 7 political party cadres could be known to the public. Because, he often meets a number of other party figures during the 2024 Pilkada period.

"So I, that's why I deliberately didn't want to appear to the public. Because there are actually a lot of people asking like this, and there are some meetings that are closed tightly," he said.

Pramono Anung-Rano Karno received support from 7 political party cadres who are members of the Advanced Indonesia Coalition (KIM) Plus. The seven politicians visited the residence to hold a closed meeting at Pramono's residence this morning.

Merka is Muhammad Ishaq (PPP Party), HM Nafiudin (NasDem Party), Ahmad Faisal (PSI Party), Firman Abdul Hakim (PPP Party), Riko (PAN Party), Ahmad Syukri (PKB), Redim Okto Fudin (PKB Party). All of them are former candidates for the Jakarta DPRD legislature.

PKB politician Ahmad Syukri revealed the reason his party did not support the cagub-cawagub pair according to the coalition of political parties. He admitted that the constituents asked him to side with Pramono-Rano.

"We are continuing the aspirations that in the Legislative Election yesterday chose us. That most of them left their voice mandates to help win Pak Pram and Mas Doel," said Syukri at Pramono's residence, Cipete, South Jakarta.

Syukri acknowledged that his attitude and the six other KIM Plus political party cadres in supporting Pramono-Rano were not at the direction of their respective parties. In fact, they have not even informed their party about the provision of support.

On the one hand, Syukri also knew that they would receive sanctions from their respective parties for their support for the opposing candidate pairs in their coalition.

"Look, if every decision is there must be a pros and cons. If there are sanctions, I think there will be. It's just that later we will definitely be called and we will give an explanation. I don't think so," said Syukri.
