Russian Attack Kills 4 People In Kharkiv Ukraine
JAKARTA - Four people were killed and six others injured in a wave of Russian attacks on Ukraine's two largest cities, Kharkiv and Kyiv.
Two others were killed and seven others injured in a Russian shooting in the southern Ukrainian city of Kherson on Tuesday, October 29 morning.
Russian troops attack Ukrainian territory almost every night with drones, and the Ukrainian military reports that last night they had shot down 26 of the 48 drones launched.
Four people were killed in Kharkiv in the early hours of Tuesday in a Russian bombing of the city's Osnovianskyi district, Mayor Ihor Terekhov said via his Telegram message channel.
Local emergency services published videos showing rescue teams moving debris from buildings destroyed under spotlights and carrying black bags that usually carry corpses.
The attack follows a Russian guided bomb attack in Kharkiv on Monday night that destroyed most of the Derzhprom building, one of the city's most famous buildings, which was built in the 1920s.
In Kyiv, debris that fell from a destroyed Russian drone injured six people and burned a residential building, the mayor of the capital Ukraine said.

One of the people injured in debris in the Solomianskyi district in Kyiv was taken to hospital, said Mayor Vitali Klitschko. He said several cars were also on fire.
A Reuters witness saw smoke rising in the residential area of the district, which is located west of Kyiv.
Photographs posted by the Kyiv military government on the Telegram channel show residential buildings and nearby cars burning in the dark.
