Apart From Ira Puspadewi Et Al, The KPK Investigates Other Parties' Involvement In The Corruption Case Acquisition Of PT Jembatan Nusantara
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has pocketed the involvement of other parties in the alleged corruption of business cooperation (KSU) and the acquisition of PT Jembatan Nusantara by PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero).
This figure is outside of the four names that have been named as suspects.
From the information gathered, the four people who have been named as suspects are the President Director of PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry, Ira Puspadewi; Harry MAC as the planning and development director of PT ASDP; Yusuf Hadi who is the commercial and service director of PT ASDP; and Adjie who is the owner of PT Jembatan Nusantara.
"Other parties are certainly not the parties who have been named as suspects," said KPK spokesman Tessa Mahardika to reporters at the KPK's Red and White building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Tuesday, October 29.
Even so, Tessa does not want to reveal other parties suspected of playing in this case. "Because this material has entered, we cannot be too open in conveying our identities," he said.
"But, we'll wait for further investigation," continued the spokesman with the investigator's background.
The alleged involvement of other parties in corruption cases related to the business cooperation and acquisition of PT Jembatan Nusantara by ASDP emerged after investigators examined two witnesses on Monday, October 28.
At that time, the Vice President of Information Technology of PT ASDP and Evi Dwijayanti, who is the Vice President of PT ASDP, was questioned.

Previously reported, the KPK is currently investigating cases of corruption in business cooperation (KSU) and the acquisition of PT Jembatan Nusantara by PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero). It is suspected that there has been a state loss which allegedly reached Rp1.27 trillion and is still changing because the calculation continues.
A VOI source said this loss arose because the acquisition process for PT Jembatan Nusantara did not comply with the regulations. Reporting from a number of reports, PT ASDP purchased PT Jembatan Nusantara in February 2022 with a value of IDR 1.3 trillion.
This state-owned company then controlled 100 percent of PT Jembatan Nusantara shares with 53 ships under management. "The process (in carrying out business cooperation and acquisition, ed) has no legal basis," he said.
"So all acquisition rules are violated," is still quoted from the same source.
In this case, the anti-corruption commission has confiscated 15 land and building assets from the owner of PT Jembatan Nusantara, Adjie. The value reaches hundreds of billions of rupiah and is in the Pondok Indah, Menteng, Bogor City, and Surabaya City areas.
