Meeting With Ministers Maruarar And Yandri, PDIP Politicians Allude To The Circulation Of Life: Sometimes Here, Sometimes There

JAKARTA - Commission V of the DPR held a working meeting with all partners, namely the Ministry of Public Housing, the Ministry of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP), the Ministry of Transportation, the Ministry of Villages and PDT, the Ministry of Transmigration, BMKG, and BNPP (Basarnas) today.

During the meeting, the Chairman of Commission V of the DPR as well as PDIP politicians, Lasarus mentioned the life turnaround. Where the Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP) Maruara Sirait and Minister of Village Yandri Susanto were previously members of the DPR have now changed their fate to become ministers in the Red and White Cabinet.

Likewise, Viva Yoga Mauladi, who now serves as Deputy Minister of Transmigration, Riza Patria as Deputy Minister of Villages and PDT, and former Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives Fahri Hamzah as Deputy Minister of PKP.

This was conveyed by Lasarus when he opened a working meeting at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Tuesday, October 29.

"There are boundaries for each of us both in the ministry and in the DPR, although yes, there is in front of us the honorable Mr. Maruarar Sirait, then Mr. Yandri Susanto, then Mr. Viva Yoga, Mr. Fahri and Mr. Riza Patria, our relatives in the DPR first, yes, he is more senior than us and we used to applaud the DPR," said Lasarus in the DPR Commission V meeting room, Tuesday, October 29.

"That's how the life turn of ladies and gentlemen, sometimes they are here (DPR) sometimes there (ministers), sometimes on the left and sometimes on the right and now he is in the government finally partnering with us in Commission V DPR RI," he continued.

Lasarus hopes that all partners understand well the main tasks of their respective functions. Including members of the DPR.

"It's not that I teach, there are three main main tasks (DPR), the first is to make a legislative function law, then set a budget and carry out supervision. We carry out these three main tasks as well as possible with the rules and then the MD3 Law and the basic laws that bind the main tasks and functions," said Lasarus.

The PDIP legislator said that the DPR and the Ministry often have different opinions and debates. Especially when it comes to the budget, according to him, the commission has no right to speak because it is the main task force of the Budget Agency (Banggar).

"But about which priority we discussed about the figures, it is a matter of our ministry not being allowed to enter, it is not our domain in the DPR because the DPR does not have a plan, because the DPR does not have one.

"The organ visibility study, it is in the government that conducts the study that carries out the planning," he said.

Lasarus also criticized the sheets of material from partners. According to him, the explanation from the ministry must be clearly written.

"When presenting the nomenclature of unit three, please don't be small in writing, we have difficulty reading. Sometimes there is political content too, the DPR is lazy to read so he doesn't see that, you know. So make it clear so that we can understand here, later we will talk about it," said Lasarus.

Lasarus advised ministry partners to first listen to the people's wishes before making plans that cost a lot of money. For example, in the construction of roads by the Ministry of Public Works, house construction by the Ministry of Housing and others.

"In our opinion, this is important," he concluded.
