Lana Del Rey Doesn't Want To Rush To Release A New Album

JAKARTA - Lana Del Rey is known to be working on a tenth studio album with the title 'Lasso'. This album is called the first country album to be released by the 39-year-old singer-writer.

But Lana didn't want to rush into releasing "Lasso". He wanted his first country album to achieve "perfection" when it was played to fans.

The 'Born to Die' singer also revealed an overview of his new album during an interview with PEOPLE and Entertainment Weekly at the 2024 Instyle Imagemaker Awards held in Los Angeles last week.

"I think all the songs are sung by Americana and I want to wait to see what the music is like," said Lana Del Rey.

"Because I usually don't feel the need to pause in the process of creation. But if there is a physical pause, then I have to wait and I don't know why," he continued.

Lana felt she had to wait again, given the possibility of changes.

Although Lana has not been able to determine the release date for the album, she admits that she likes some of the songs that have been worked on for the 'Lasso'.

"We'll see. But the songs I have, I like, so I don't want to turn it into something half-cooked, even if it's so simple. I want it to be what it should be."

Lana also has her own message for fans who are looking forward to her new album. They can see a 'Tough' single featuring Quavo to get an idea of Americana's nuances in question.

"They can be excited for all the other good things that will happen. We'll get there," he said.
