Bye-Bye, Honda Jazz Is Leaving After 18 Years In Indonesia
JAKARTA - The Honda Jazz has not appeared on the official website of PT Honda Prospect Motor. This situation is a sign that the hatchback, which has been present for 18 years in Indonesia is retiring from Indonesia.
PT Honda Prospect Motor confirmed this through Business Innovation and Sales & Marketing Director, Yusak Billy. According to him, the Honda Jazz was not included on the company's official website because it was no longer produced.
"For Jazz, it is not on the site because we are no longer wholesaling it to the dealer. HPM is no longer producing Jazz”, Billy said in a statement, Wednesday, April 7.
Even though it is no longer produced, Billy revealed that Honda Jazz enthusiasts can still buy it at a number of authorized Honda dealers because the stock is still there.

The rest of the Jazz is still available in a limited number, namely only 150 units. However, the company did not provide more detailed information regarding the existing Jazz models.
One of the reasons for the withdrawal of the Jazz is because the car has been replaced by the presence of the City Hatchback RS which was released last March. The replacement for the Jazz will soon be distributed to consumers in the near future.
The City Hatchback RS comes with a sporty appearance, a more powerful engine, and various other interesting features that are presented in this latest car. The City Hatchback RS is priced at IDR 289 million for the manual version, while the CVT is priced at IDR 299 million.
