Nestapa Di Rumah Sakit Gaza, Bukan Terima Bantuan Medis Malah Diserbu Tank Zionis

JAKARTA - Nestapa at a Gaza hospital, amid a state of emergency lack of medical supplies, the Israeli army actually surrounded them. Tanks stormed.

Israeli troops entered the Kamal Adwan Hospital complex in northern Gaza and opened fire after days of surrounding the facility.

Health officials in Gaza told CNN, over the past few days, the facility was short on supply and urgently needed help as many people injured from neighboring areas arrived.

Director of Kamal Adwan Hospital Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya said Israeli dalatank and bulldozers entered the hospital complex on Thursday night and started shooting several parts of the compound.

"Instead of receiving assistance, we instead received tanks," he said as quoted by CNN, Thursday, October 25.

Kamal Adwan is one of three hospitals operating minimally in northern Gaza, and closest to Israeli military activity in Beit Lahiya and the Jabalya refugee camp.

Despite its limited capacity, the hospital has received most of the injured as a result of the surrounding fighting.

The Israeli military said its forces were operating in the Kamal Adwan Hospital area based on intelligence on the presence of terrorists and terrorist infrastructure.

Israel explained that in the weeks before the operation, the IDF facilitated the evacuation of patients from the area while maintaining emergency services.

As previously reported, Israeli military attacks in the Gaza Strip have killed 72 people since Thursday night. Israeli forces launched a nightly attack on hospitals in the north of the territory.

Gaza's Ministry of Health said attacks on homes in the southern city of Khan Younis killed 38 people, many of whom were women and children.

The Israeli military said its forces killed a number of Palestinian gunmen in air and ground attacks in the southern Gaza Strip and dismantled military infrastructure.
