15-year-old Boy In The US Shoots Dead Father, Mother And 3 Biological Brother Charged With Premeditated Murder

JAKARTA - A 15-year-old boy shot dead his father, mother and three siblings at their luxury residence in Fall City, Washington, United States (US).

Citing CBS News, Friday, October 25, the prosecutor charged the boy whose name was kept secret because he was a minor with five premeditated murders. The indictment was read out during a hearing at the King County Court on Thursday.

The boy shot dead his parents, Mark and Sarah Humiston, two brothers, aged 9 and 13, and his 7-year-old sister on Monday this week.

The court's indictment documents also state that the boy was charged with an attempted murder after shooting and injuring his 11-year-old sister.

AP said the boy's victim's sister was in a state of concern at the Harborview Medical Center in Seattle on Tuesday this week.

But now, USA News, said the boy's sister had been allowed to go home.

King County's medical examiner's office, who conducted an autopsy, stated that the five victims died of gunshot wounds.

According to court records, the gun used by the boy shot his father's five families.

The indictment documents noted, just before 5 a.m. on Monday, October 21, the boy called 911 with a fake story.

The boy said, "his 13-year-old brother just shot my whole family and committed suicide too."

However, at almost the same time as the call, the 911 operator received a second call from a neighbor who lived about a quarter mile from the scene.

The neighbor said he had just taken care of the boy's 11-year-old sister after running to his house. The victim is said to have bleeding allegedly from gunshot wounds.

The boy's sister's sister said her entire family had been shot dead. She admitted that she was also shot and identified her 15-year-old brother.

To the 911 operator, the victim also admitted to holding his breath and pretending to be dead after being shot in order to escape his brother's actions, then fled through the bedroom window.

The deputy who visited the scene of the case detained the boy after finding him near the house. The five bodies of his family were also found in the house.
