Linkin Park Introduces Third Single, Over Each Other Which Is More Sentimental

JAKARTA - Linkin Park introduced the emotional song "Over Each Other" as their third single. The song has its own meaning for old and newly joined personnel.

This latest song relies on Emily Armstrong's vocals who are able to live in touching lyrics, with key strains decorated with beat glitchy beats. There is a shadow of the guitar accompanying Emily's voice which in the chorus emphasizes the heart of the lyrics "All we are talking over each other."

The cinematic video clip, directed by Joe Hahn, and located in Seoul, depicts the intense storyline of a relationship that slowly collapses, visualizing the pattern of ups and downs of emotions from the song itself.

Single 'Over Each Other' precedes the release of LINKIN PARK's latest album, 'FROM ZERO', which has been their first album since 2017. "This song is extra special for me, because this is the first song I sang solo at LINKIN PARK... I can't believe I just said that!" Emily said in a written broadcast received by VOI. October 25.

"But it's also a very emotional and relatable song. Then to be able to make this video clip in South Korea with Joe, who is very, very proficient in his role as director, is an experience I will value forever."

Hahn added, "It's been a long time since I've been able to direct a project in South Korea and it's finally happening! Me and Emily have stayed in more days after LINKIN PARK's performance in Seoul and we are very grateful to the cast and crew members who have helped us. We are trying to put the essence of Korea and try to get the video clip felt like a K-drama. We hope that all of you will like the results as much as we do!"
