Viral Content Creator Cosplay Labubu, Could Be Halloween Makeup Inspiration

JAKARTA - Not long ago the hanging of a trending Labubu doll bag among young people. The doll, which is part of The Monster, this fictional character group created by Kasing Lung, also stole the attention of beauty creators' content.

One of the content creators from the Philippines named Gigiboy Jose made a cosplay video into a Labubu doll. Through his TikTok account, @itsgigiboi, he shared the makeup process of his face becoming similar to Labubu.

First he made long lines on the edges of the lips to the cheeks to make the mouth of the Labubu. Then he added a picture of the monster doll's sharp teeth.

Then Jose made large eye makeup in the style of Labubu. He also wore a cheek redder to a scarf that was used as a head covering.

The overall result of Gigiboy Jose's makeup made him look very similar to Labubu. He also demonstrated several poses to end his video.

"Turning myself into aLabubu because I can't find any," wrote Gigiboy Jose, quoted from his TikTok video upload, Friday, October 25, 2024.

This video of Gigiboy Jose cosplay becoming Labubu immediately stole the attention of netizens. Many say that Labubu's makeup is scary, so it is considered to be an inspiration for makeup for Halloween events that are synonymous with scary things.
