Budi Gunawan Ensures That The Road Of The Coordinating Ministry For Political, Legal And Security Affairs Is In Line With Prabowo's Main Program
Coordinating Minister for Political and Security Affairs (Menko Polhukam) Budi Gunawan ensured that his ministry's work program was in line with President Prabowo Subianto's eight main programs or astacitas.
"Especially for programs with quick results or quick wins, the eight priority programs will be our concern going forward," Budi said when met at the Coordinating Ministry for Political, Legal and Security Affairs Office, Central Jakarta, Tuesday, October 22, as reported by Antara.
Budi explained that the Coordinating Ministry for Political, Legal and Security Affairs will focus on strengthening defense and creating good political stability in the country.
According to him, domestic political stability must be created so that there is no conflict in society and the wheels of government can run conducively.
Not only domestically, his party will also observe all geopolitical dynamics that are happening outside Indonesia.
This situation must be a concern of the Coordinating Ministry for Political, Legal and Security Affairs because it will have an impact on Indonesia's resilience.
"We know that the global geopolitical situation is global, meaning that currently conditions are uncertain. Therefore, of course, it will affect the world supply chain, including Indonesia, namely in the fields of food, energy, and logistics," said Budi.
With these observations, the Coordinating Ministry for Political, Legal and Security Affairs can take action to anticipate the bad effects of geopolitical conditions on Indonesia.
In addition to focusing on political stability, Budi added that the Coordinating Ministry for Political, Legal and Security Affairs will also focus on strengthening Indonesia's defense, starting from strengthening the field of main weapons systems to cyber equipment.
"These priority programs can be executed and achieve the targets as decided by Mr. President Prabowo Subianto. So, we ask for support and prayers from our colleagues," said the former Head of BIN.
