Subjected To Zero Tax, The Price Of The Honda CR-V Has Dropped By IDR 36 Million
JAKARTA - The government has set new cars that will be subjected to zero percent tax, namely cars with engines of 1.500 cc to 2.500 cc this April. Honda CR-V and HR-V cars are also included in this list of cars with zero percent tax.
PT Honda Prospect Motor, which is the official agent for the Honda car manufacturer in the country, has imposed a zero percent tax through the Honda CR-V and HR-V.
This decision is in accordance with the regulations issued by the Minister of Finance regarding vehicle tax subsidies. Cars that receive zero percent tax will receive a 50 percent subsidy in the first phase during April-August 2021. Meanwhile, the second phase will be given a 25 percent incentive during September-December 2021.
Local purchases of at least 60 percent have been fulfilled so that the Honda CR-V car gets a zero percent tax allotment. Honda's sales team also claims that the price of the car has decreased by IDR 36 million.

Thanks to the zero percent tax incentive from the government, the price of Honda CR-V and HR-V cars has also decreased to IDR 36.500.000. As for the price of Honda cars in Makassar, namely, the CR-V 2.0 CVT which is sold at the normal price of IDR 487.200.000 after being discounted to IDR 458.800.000.
Meanwhile, the price of the Honda CR-V 1.5 L Turbo, which was sold for IDR 519.800.000 after being subjected to zero percent tax, became IDR 487.300.000. In addition, the Honda CR-V 1.5 L Turbo Prestige is priced at IDR 573.100.000, after receiving a discount it becomes IDR 536.600.000.
